Steel Fire Door
Fire doors are one of the measures for fire separation of buildings. They are usually required to be separated from smoke and fire at the entrance of the firewall, stairs, or the opening of the pipe well. Fire doors play an important role in preventing the spread and spread of smoke and fire and reducing losses.

Infilling
Standard infilling materials by us are fireproof perlite board with different densities in harmony with various fire ratings.
We have also mineral core, honeycomb paper and polyethylene foam for your options.

BS Standard: 45/50/55/60/72 mm
Finish
As far as the surface treatment is concerned, we have different choices for you, too. Powder coating is our standard. And prime paint, wood grain finishes are basic options. By the way, prime paint means water-based paint.
Size
For pair doors popular sizes by us are 6’X7’ and max. 8’X8’.
For single doors popular sizes by us are 3’X7’ and max. 4’X8’.
Customization is also acceptable.
Glass
The size of the glass listed is dictated by the required hourly rating. All glass used in fire rated doors is listed glass which maybe based on wire, laminated or solid ceramic material. Basic guidelines on glass are as follow:
2 Hours: Max exposed glazing 100 sq. Inch [ 0.06㎡] per door leaf.
Max exposed glazing width of 12 inch; height of 33 inch.
